I highly recommend opting for traditional microneedling if you are prone to keloiding. You will still get the collagen stimulation without the heat factor. It is still a tried-and-true treatment! Additionally, Morpheus8 also advises against sensitive skin like yours to being treated.

However, if you really want to do it, opt for a test patch before committing. The settings vary patient to patient and could trigger results you can't undo.

Happy to answer your question! Existing keloid scars are avoided during a Morpheus treatment as it is contraindicated however, you are safe to have a Morpheus treatment on your face even being prone to keloid scars.

I would love if you could include pictures.  Having said that, I tell keloid patients that morpheus has a 50 50 possibility of helping resolve the keloids.  If you are talking about morpheus in general for the rest of your skin, there should be no issues.
