Which procedure for lumps and bumps? (Photo)

Question

I have lost 25 lbs over the last year. I had a gastric sleeve surgery in 2020 that resulted in a hematoma that was not drained. I also had a large fibroid removed from my ovary a year ago. I now have a flat stomach but tons of lumps and bumps. What is the best procedure for smoothing these out so that I am comfortable showing my stomach? I'm 53 yrs old, 5'4, 130 lbs.

This is a difficult problem and whether you do anything will depend on your expectations. Liposuction is your best alternative to help smooth and break up your lumps. if some indentations are present, fat injections may also be needed. Realize that only a 50 to 60 percent improvement is possible.

The photos provided, especially the close up one, show contour irregularities that look suspiciously like those from liposuction. Also seen is a low transverse scar that looks like a tummy tuck. Are we missing some information? All you mention is fibroids and gastric sleeve.

You would benefit from an tummy tuck.  The skin flap will be elevated and closed under tension to smooth out the irregular contours.

I answered this question previously. You might consider a mini tuck for the lower abdomen, and then Sculptra injections to help in the residual dents once healed.

An in person evaluation is best but from the photos it appears a tummy tuck would be the best option to smooth out the contour irregularities.  It doesn't appear there is much skin laxity, so a vertical incision may be needed.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

It’s difficult to assess your abdomen, based on your description and history.
From your picture, it looks like you have an uneven fat distribution from poorly done Liposuction?
I suppose this could be due to the previous hematoma?
I think you need an in person assessment with an Examination.
