Pressure and throbbing 7 months post revision rhinoplasty. Can this be swelling?

7 months ago, I underwent a 5-hr revision rhinoplasty due to my thick skin. Initially, I experienced migraines, which subsided after 2 months. At 4 mos, I received a steroid injection to reduce swelling. However, at around 5-mos, I began experiencing random congestion, throbbing pain on my nose bridge, & severe migraines. These symptoms persisted even after saline rinses, sometimes causing red blood vessels in my eyes.Can this b swelling,surgeon didn't mention issues nasonex didnt help

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the question you asked I can say that thick skins heal completely almost 1-1,5 years after the surgery so in 5 months inside of your nose still have stitches and your nose will be swollen. Please be patient about that. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
