7 months ago, I underwent a 5-hr revision rhinoplasty due to my thick skin. Initially, I experienced migraines, which subsided after 2 months. At 4 mos, I received a steroid injection to reduce swelling. However, at around 5-mos, I began experiencing random congestion, throbbing pain on my nose bridge, & severe migraines. These symptoms persisted even after saline rinses, sometimes causing red blood vessels in my eyes.Can this b swelling,surgeon didn't mention issues nasonex didnt help

Your nasal bridge: besides the bump that is still present, your nose is very strong at the top, in front of your eyes and just below your eyebrows. That part of the bridge needs to be narrowed much more, and I'll bet it wasn't narrowed in the first operation. Search Google for "Roman statue...

Hello! Thank you for your question. In nose surgeries surgeons mostly prefer rib cartilage because it is more resistant when you give nose a shape with them. Your concerns cannot be relevant with rib cartilage but it can be due to the previous surgery. I recommend rib cartilage mostly. Best Regards!
