Pink skin scar from cold sore - what treatment will help? (photos)

Question

I had a cold sore about a month ago. The cold sore scab went away after a week. When the scab fell off the skin underneath the scab was all pink. The skin has remained pink for almost three weeks now. Any treatments I can use to get rid of the pink skin?

Your red and hyperemic scar would be best treated with our HIDEF protocol for red scars that includes vbeam laser, fractional RF, and sublative laser. This will also improve skin contour.
