7 years ago, I experienced a vascular occlusion from lip filler. I figured it to be a rare incident & I went back to the same injector several more times. it happened AGAIN 3 yrs later. I stopped seeing her and have seen two other injectors since with no issues. I have an appt coming up with a new injector closer to my home & being scarred for life by my experience, I'm just wondering - are some people are prone to VO? Or was it maybe the injector? She said she had more than a few.
