Lip shape changing - can dissolving fix this? (Photo)

The first photo was when I was 19, the second is now at 26 years old. I was wondering if my lips loosing their shape and getting puffy on the edges (top lip) is due to aging, or could it be due to lip fillers (juvederm 0.5ml) that I got 4 years ago? Could dissolving fix this?
