I got my lips done in November 2023 with Russian lip technique. I’ve now noticed my lips are un even.. I’m concerned and worried. What is happening? Can this be fixed?

Based on the photos you provided, it looks like you have a bolus of filler on the bottom left lip that could be dissolved. A Russian Lip look is usually achieved over several sessions of lip filler.

Hello

I am sorry that you are experiencing unevenness in your lips post procedure.
You have two options
- have them dissolved with hyalase, please be aware of recovery time and swelling post dissolving.
- put some more filler in the opposite side to create more balance.  If you decide to do this then be aware a that you may never get complete symmetry. 
Choose you injector wisely and make sure they have experienced
