How soon can nasal tip be revised?

My surgeon used cadaver cartilage to build up my bridge and tip but my nose looks much worse than before. Tip looks like a huge blob and I know it won’t look better at 1 year (this was my 2nd rhinoplasty). Can revisions on the tip be done safely prior to 1 year? (Relationship with surgeon is severed. so going back to them not an option)

Generally, it is difficult to evaluate up close nasal photos. if you have visible indentations involving your tip,, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for restoring tip symmetry. An examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy. Hope this helps! Doctor Joseph
