1 side looks like it has too much cartilage removed - do I need another revision rhinoplasty?

Good Afternoon! If it's been two months, there is definitely time for improvement to occur. What's important is careful follow-up during that time period and monitoring of untoward changes of the nose. If the area collapse or indents more over time, it usually indicates that there's a loss of cartilaginous support. Fixing those issues may require a revision procedure with a structure approach. The area of the tip which looks like a fake triangle may need to be refined and camouflaged. Much could still be swelling so give it some time. Hope this helps you out!
