1 side looks like it has too much cartilage removed - do I need another revision rhinoplasty?

I had a revision rhinoplasty two months ago and I am not currently happy with the results. I do know that final results will take 12 months to show but I am not sure if what I am seeing is due to swelling. I have one side that seems like too much cartilage was removed around the nostril and the tip looks pointy and has a fake triangle appearance. I also have an indentation above my left nostril.
