In a revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago, a surgeon trimmed the tip and sides of my lower cartilage (something which was not agreed to or discussed previously). The tip is now much more narrow, pinched and shapeless. How could a new revision correct this into a wider and more symmetrical tip, closer to what it was before? Can it be done without a full revision needing to deconstruct and reassemble the nose again? Can cartilage grafts be added to reconstruct it into what it was before?
