Would monsplasty require a specialist? (Photos)

F 48, Tummy Tuck in 2019 I loved the results of my TT in 2019, however,since I’ve gotten older my mons pubis has gotten fatter and saggier. My labia is saggier too. When I try to research surgery for this area online, most doctors don’t post anything about it — and the ones who do either have them in combination with a TT or are gender-affirming specialists. Do most board certified plastic surgeons who focus on tummy tucks and other bodywork all do this type of surgery and just never talk about it? What should I be looking for in a surgeon and what should I be asking for to get this area flat and more V-shaped instead of U-shaped? I don’t want to pay for consultations only to find out that it’s not a common surgery. Obviously I prefer to go to someone who has a lot of experience, plus reassuring before and afters. Thanks!

Thank you for including photos. I understand you are unhappy with the shape and fullness of your Mons region. Based on your photos I think you would be a great candidate for a monsplasty, my preference is to do this through a combination of liposuction and direct excision (using the TT scar you already have). 
I would recommend you see a body contouring Plastic Surgeon specialist and they can go over specific details during a consultation

The only issue I see in the photos in fullness at the mons limited to a slight excess of fat. The skin and tissues appear tight. The only procedure required to reduce the fullness is liposuction. Monslift (aka monsplasty) is only required when there is sagging of the area. Sometimes I do both procedures in combination, but in your case, that is unnecessary.

A monsplasty (also called a pubic lift) is considered a cosmetic surgical procedure, and it should be performed by surgeons with specific training in this area. Surgeons with this kind of experience would include cosmetic gynecologists, like myself, or Board‑certified plastic surgeons, particularly those experienced in body contouring and aesthetic genital surgery. However, make sure to choose a surgeon with specific experience in monsplasty, not just general surgical training...and ask, specifically, how many have you done? Monsplasty involves a sensitive anatomical area and requires:

-Precise contouring to achieve a natural appearance
-Careful scar placement and tissue handling
-Knowledge of genital anatomy and wound healing
