Would monsplasty require a specialist? (Photos)

F 48, Tummy Tuck in 2019 I loved the results of my TT in 2019, however, since I’ve gotten older my mons pubis has gotten fatter and saggier. My labia is saggier too. When I try to research surgery for this area online, most doctors don’t post anything about it — and the ones who do either have them in combination with a TT or are gender-affirming specialists. Do most board certified plastic surgeons who focus on tummy tucks and other bodywork all do this type of surgery and just never talk about it? What should I be looking for in a surgeon and what should I be asking for to get this area flat and more V-shaped instead of U-shaped? I don’t want to pay for consultations only to find out that it’s not a common surgery. Obviously I prefer to go to someone who has a lot of experience, plus reassuring before and afters. Thanks!
