Masseter muscle out of place after jaw angle implant removal - can it be corrected?

I had jaw angle implants removed 1 year ago after having them in for 8 months, i was told on my left side of my masseter muscles retracted up about a pinky's width of the bone, i have been told to look into masseter muscle reattachment, I'm really set on having this corrected, don't want filler or implant to hide, What's the success rate of the sugary, and important risks. Once again only looking for surgery answers not looking to hide it.
