Make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. Having had that many procedures done and not having access to seeing all the before and after pictures limits or ability to make an accurate assessment. Seeing the outcome is something you can just add or remove fat like a body shop putting Bondo in a dented fender is a little simplistic. To get comprehensive an accurate assessment you need to be in the hands of a face lift master. To find the right provider I suggest setting up multiple in person consultations until you have found the right provider to work with. Revision work is much more difficult than doing primary procedures so they need to find someone who is truly mastered. The art of the facelift is going to be very important. For a second opinion, consultations patient should come prepared, bringing with them copies of all before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. These are all available from your current providers office upon request. I suggest beginning the process of finding the right provider, I having as many consultations as required to find a sufficiently talented provider to help you. There are generally only two variables to determine quality cosmetic surgery outcomes. The first is patient candidacy, and the second is the skill of the provider. For revisional work it’s extremely important to find somebody who has an appointment in their career and specializes exclusively on facelift procedures to have mastered this operation.
