25yo, 16.5 bmi. Have had a lot of face fat my whole life, just like my mom. I don't like the way the lower sides of my face bulge out when I smile. Is perioral liposuction my best option here?

Answer: Liposuction Do not have liposuction to your face. One, the risk to your nerves is too great. Second, removing facial fat will age you more quickly once you reach middle age. Some of the thickness is from muscles when you smile.

Answer: Facial identity and anatomy Each persons facial identity is primarily determined by bone structure. Soft tissue coverage, including the layers of subcutaneous fat tends to be very consistent from person to person with the exception of individuals who are obese, in which case the overall subcutaneous fat layers are increased. Your facial contours are not determined by your fat distribution in bed rather by bone structure. To make a quality assessment requires seeing quality pictures about frontal and lateral views.I suggest having a few in person, consultations with local plastic surgeons and oral surgeons in your community.
