I have a bad mentalis strain and lip incompetence. I cannot close my lips properly and have to bring up my bottom lip very high up to meet my upper lip. My teeth are straight. I don’t think botox will help because then I cannot even close my mouth since the muscles are relaxed and I cannot meet my lips together anymore. What can I do ?
