Fat loss after mole removal - how can I fix this? (Photo)

I had a benign mole removed by a plastic surgeon months ago on my temple. It was a small mole but maybe a 1cm ellipses was cut out horizontal to my eye. It looks like there’s less fat on my temple now and my eyes look different especialy when I smile at a 3/4 view. Is fat loss possible from mole removal and how do I fix it?

Exercising an ellipse and it’s closure will always create a very subtle contour change. The procedure put slight tension on the skin and tissue was removed.
Is this really bother you enough to have another procedure? is he nothing wrong with your image of the mole removed and honestly you look better without the mall than with the mall so I would leave good enough alone.
Otherwise you can try fillers or conceivably fat grafting the fat grafting is less predictable less precise and unforgiving if it doesn’t turn out the way patient had hoped.
Personally I’d be happy that the mole was gone and leave it at that.
