Ok, so weird question and I know it sounds kind of gross but I'm rather curious so pose this more as a hypothetical; Could one use the fat from a lipoma in a facial fat transfer? I understand the amount needed probably varies based on how big the procedure is but in theory, is this something that's possible? Is it a different kind of fat than what is needed for the face?

I recommend consulting with a facial sculpting expert and go over your medical history. You'll want someone meticulous who has extensive experience in facial sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Fat transfer to face can fill more than lift, as seen in your case. I might recommend a mini FL/NL c SMAS plication and additional fat transfer. Fees in $20,000 ranges.
Thank you for your photos. By any chance that you have any radiofrequency done to your face? That generally melts fat and I often see patients who look older after radiofrequency due to the effects of lipoatrophy. Asymmetries can be improved with fat transfer. Please make sure he see someone...
