Hey in march this year i had my second Fat grafting surgery to right side of my face(caus of assymetry). I hate the result. I decided to remove the fat. The Doctor removed that but he said to me that he cant remove the uper Cheeks cause its to dangerous. Now i have there fat that i dont want. Since my first surgery i gained 15kg cause of Bodybuilding. Will i lose the Fat at my upper Cheek with hard weight losing? Are there other options for me to get my old face back :(?

Hello, it is very difficult to get the fat given to the face after fat injection again with liposuction. Because the given oils are made at different levels and in different amounts where necessary, and these amounts are very small. If you gain weight, fat cells will grow and your face will change. My advice after fat transfers is not to gain or lose weight. I recommend you to lose weight to get your face back.

many options are available. radiofrequency. kybella (off label). steroid injections. skin tyte. or leaving it alone if it hasnt been more than a year. Under a year a lot of the fat can die off. Hard to tell without a picture
