What is the best remedy for fat loss from laser? Facelift only helped for 2 years

Hello. I have had bad effects from a laser procedure on my face 7 years ago done to treat melasma. It has affected the left side of my face more than the right causing volume loss, sagging, assymetry and skin damage. I am now 47 years old and would like to fix this issue. I have always been a natural person and have been trying to avoid fillers and like the idea of my own tissue used but have also read some horrible outcomes from fat transfer patients. Which do you recommend for me?

Fat transfer is a wonderful safe and effective way to improve youth and beauty.  I am not sure why you have heard horrible outcomes about fat transfer.  Perhaps, the people who performed that are not well trained in fat transfer.  In skilled hands, the results are terrific.  I urged you to look at some of the photos in the gallery to get a better idea of what fat transfer can do.  Unfortunately, I see many patients who have a laser therapy including radiofrequency that have lost fat in their face and look older now or permanently "tired".  The good news is, fat transfer can restore the loss fat and even improve the skin from he stem cells within the fat.
