How long after a facial fat transfer is it okay to fluctuate in weight without affecting fat graft survival rate?

30's male who weight lifts and plans to probably gain 10 lbs and lose it repeatedly post op to do a body recomp. If I start at lowest bf percentage in my range, gthen when after the op. can I actually lose weight (understanding I wouldn't expect the fat results to 'show' if I dipped below bf percent. at time of procedure).
