Answer: Honest answer My honest answer is that you look overdone. There is way too much filler and the threads (wherever they're placed) are making you look unnatural. I would try to get as much dissolved as you can to see what your baseline is and then see if there are gentler options to give you the look you're looking for, including possibly considering surgery. Many patients are scared of surgery but non-surgical options can only do so much before you look fake/unnatural, and in my opinion this is what happened to you. Now this might be the look you prefer, in which case I say whatever makes you happy is what you should choose to do at the end of the day. Good luck!

Answer: Facial aesthetics Based on your pictures, it appears you’ve had a substantial amount of intervention. Your face looks a bit disproportionate from overuse of facial fillers. Perhaps it’s time to take a Holladay avoiding treatments for a while to get an assessment of your baseline phase without intervention. Once you’re back to your baseline facial aesthetics, then I suggest having thorough by Thomas Senior talented facial aesthetics surgeons in your community. You currently have a treated appearance that doesn’t necessarily look natural. It’s difficult to give recommendations really know or understand what you’re hoping to achieve. For now, consider holding off on the use of facial volume to get an understanding of what your baseline is. You may be better served by having in person, consultations, rather than trying to get advice by posting on this website. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
