I have a shadow shaped like a ‘y’ on the left side of my lower cheek that is visible when looking straight at me head on. Not visible when you actually look at the side of the face. Would microneedling or retin A get rid of this or do I need filler? ( Pic 2 is side view )

If there is remaining filler present you can consider dissolving it in hopes of improving the malar edema. This is a difficult issue to treat. You may have some improvement with Morpheus8 treatments.
