Can my eyelids be fixed with ptosis surgery? (Photo)

Hi. Age 29. My concern is right eye ptosis. I also have issues with my right lid closing when looking down and if I look to the left, the right lid raises higher than my left lid. Will that be fixed with ptosis surgery?
