Exercise after double eyelid surgery/upper blepharoplasty?

I am a fitness instructor planning to get DES/upper blepharoplasty. How soon after surgery can I go back to work? I teach everything from stretching to high intensity. I am trying to plan my post-surgery work schedule and was wondering what that might look like. For example, can I teach stretching the week after surgery? And the high intensity stuff a month after?
