Is it possible to correct the asymmetry of my eyelids? (Photo)

I had double eyelid revision 4 months ago and unfortunately it didn't help to make it more even but magnified it and made it worse. Is it still possible to make the larger eyelid smaller to match the other side?

It appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis and may be candidate for scarless ptosis surgery but need more detailed evaluation to determine. See an oculoplastics surgeon.

The whole point you went for cosmetic surgery was for aesthetic reason. If this bump is creating you problem you can have it removed. Its very minor problem, your surgeon can get it removed under local anesthesia in 2-3 min time.
