Should I get double eyelid surgery or upper blepharoplasty?

I am Asian and have some eyelids, not much but they are not monolids. If I want to push my hoods back, is the procedure still called double eyelid surgery or is it an upper blepharoplasty?

It appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis and may be candidate for scarless ptosis surgery but need more detailed evaluation to determine. See an oculoplastics surgeon.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to create more symmetry.
