Will my uneven eyelid folds require another surgery? Are there options to make the eye folds more even without surgery? (photo)

I had double eyelid surgery over 5 years ago and a year later, I had a correction done on my right side because the initial results created uneven eyelid folds. Now, over 5 years later, they are still uneven and very obviously so. Will this require another surgery? Do I have any other options to make the eye folds more even without surgery?
