I had double eyelid surgery over 5 years ago and a year later, I had a correction done on my right side because the initial results created uneven eyelid folds. Now, over 5 years later, they are still uneven and very obviously so. Will this require another surgery? Do I have any other options to make the eye folds more even without surgery?

The whole point you went for cosmetic surgery was for aesthetic reason. If this bump is creating you problem you can have it removed. Its very minor problem, your surgeon can get it removed under local anesthesia in 2-3 min time.

You need detailed evaluation to determine accurately. Two possible options are orbital decompression surgery and upper eyelid skin graft. See an expert.
