I tried a plasma pen treatment a few years ago and it was OK. Now comes Ellacor. This sounds perfect for me, but I wonder if it will lead me to have the scabs on my face for a week like the pen did? That was embarrassing and hard to get around. Any doctors out there who have done this procedure yet that can shed light on it for me?

Yes, my experience with Ellacor has been pretty good with "off label" areas. Usually need to be a bit more conservative on areas like the nose but more aggressive on areas like the neck. I would circle back to that presentation and see how many sessions of Ellacor were required. Best Wishes!!
I have not heard of this. That would definitely be an "off label" use of the device. That said, I recently used Ellacor on a patient who did not remember when she had fillers and the hyaluronic acid literally started pouring out from all the skin cores and the patient did quite well. I hope...
