A very small amount of enzyme should be able to accomplish this. Less is more. The challenge is that removing filler is as much art as placing filler. The injector who overfilled you may not possess the skills to thoughtfully feather this treatment. Too much enzyme will blow out the filler. Frankly I do not really think much of the treatment. You still have pretty prominent under eye dark circles. The right filler treatment should fix that. The best of these fillers for this location is Restylane. The Juvederm and Belotero are too runny for this location.

Unfortunately, what happened to you is something that is way too common after fillers being injected into the tear trough area. I personally don’t recommend that anyone have hyaluronic acid fillers placed into this area as invariably everyone forms these bubbles. I would definitely consider dissolving some of the filler and if the problem occurs, have everything dissolved and replaced with fat grafting.
