I've had tear trough filler and now a month has passed by and i see that my left eye is over filled (it makes my cheek look puffy somehow next to my nose) my question is can i get just a small area (the one that's bothering me) dissolved and not the whole filler? Thank you.

Answer: Yes, it is "possible" to feather a recent service.
The filler lasts forever (at least 12-15 years). The precise clinical effect only last for less than a year and then makes generalized facial volume that can worsen as the product ages. The problem is that this old material spreads out. Injectors (physicians and others) are not very imaginative...
I don't believe that the dissolving enzyme would have any effect on your dental work, or that your dental work would have any effect on your lips after a dissolving enzyme. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
There are different hyaluronidases and this makes a difference. Allergy to hyaluronidase is not common and is estimated to occur in 0.1% of patients receiving hyaluronidase. Certainly if you have past history of reacting to hyaluronidase, you should be skin tested to determine if your allergy...
