Dear all. I'm looking to have some operations done. Do you have any suggestions for me that I haven't been thinking of myself? Had double chin liposuction when I was 20. Tread lift and fillers 5 years ago. Morpheus 2 years ago. Hifu 11, 1year ago. And right now I'm doing some PRF treatments for my hair. I've also felt that I needed to have bangs since my forehead doesn't match the rest of my face. Also been insecure about my double chin and sagging cheeks all my life.
Answer: A deep plane facelift, neck lift, and forehead reduction are actually great options for you! Hello PiaHaiku, It sounds like you've been making small steps over time to maintain the health and vitality of your face with the nonsurgical treatments you've tried. But it sounds like this is now not enough to help certain areas of your face. Looking at the pics you've posted, you seem to have very nice facial volumes, but are getting lax in certain areas. I also agree that your forehead height is a bit tall. As long as you are healthy enough to undergo anesthesia for surgery, have great perioperative care and nutrition, and have have friends and family to rely on during the initial healing period, I do not see why you would not be a good candidate for a deep plane facelift and necklift. You may also see a lot of benefit from a surgical hairline advancement procedure. Each procedure carries risk and recovery issues but when well-prepared are rarely a problem. The only issue I see for you is that the deep plane dissection will be more difficult because of the threads, Morpheus, and HIFU treatments. These treatments are unpredictable in the scarring they produce under the skin as collagen reforms after treatment. Make sure to tell your surgeon about all of your facial treatments to date so they are ready for any issues that may arise during surgery. Good luck, Dr. Shah

Answer: Deep Plane Facelift and Neck Lift ± Forehead Reduction Thank you for your inquiry and for sharing your photographs. My impression is that the contours around the corner of the mouth suggest that a combination of a deep plane facelift and neck lift would be more suitable than a deep plane neck lift on its own. Rather than combining all of this with a forehead reduction, I would recommend starting with the lower face and neck procedures. After these, we can re-evaluate your facial characteristics to determine whether a forehead reduction remains a priority for you. The perception of facial features often changes significantly following a facelift and neck lift, and you may find that the forehead contouring feels less relevant afterward.

Answer: Treatment Plan Hello, hope you are well. I generally agree with your assessment, and believe that you would benefit from a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, and forehead reduction/scalp advancement. These procedures can all be done at the same time so that you can consolidate your recovery instead of doing things sequentially. Best, Dr. Tower

Answer: Deep plane, neck lift and forehead reduction Hello Pia, You will need to see a plastic surgeon who specialises in surgeries of the face. Since your eyes are covered, it is difficult to say exactly what needs to be done from the photos. A thorough physical examination is paramount, also taking into consideration your previous medical and surgical history. The only thing I can suggest from your photographs is maybe liposuction to the neck area. But please, discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Hope my answer helps!
