I had an explant (en bloc) done a few years ago. I have a double crease in the fold of my left breast. I understand that the normal way to fix this is to remove the fatty tissue beyond the initial crease (and that the initial crease, being the crease closer to the center of the breast, is the natural fold). However, this would leave a visible scar, since there is no breast tissue to cover it in that area. Is there any way to do this surgery, without having a visible scar?
