Bumps and unevenness all over my face 14 months post deep plane facelift - are there any treatments that will help? (Photos)

I am 57 & about 14 months ago, I had a deep plane facelife along with lower lid blepharoplasty and small forehead lift in Iran, had lots of bleeding and excessive bruising and swelling for months. The surgeon did not put a drain but manually drained the blood and fluids every few days from behind my ears. Overall, I'm happy with the results except for ONE thing! There are bumbs and unevenness all over my face, especially one over my left cheek (looks I put in implant) and one hard lump right in the middle on my forehead, smaller ones around the temples, jaw line and a few behind my left ear. Overall my face still looks puffy and wide. Is there anything I can do? I am still assuming that this is fluids stuck under skin and it will eventually re-absorb but 14 months now? It has gone down but so so...slowly. I'm using heat pad around the face here and there but will lymphonic massage help?
