I have facial asymmetry due to one side sticking out more at the jowl area I’m not sure if it’s fat or if it’s a structure issue. I am lost as to what procedure would be best to even it out. I don’t want to place filler on the other side, would rather remove the “fatter” side. Is there a facial lipo that would be better than buccal fat due to the area?
