You have very large implants that have stretched your tissue and are sagging from the weight. they do tend to fall to the sides when you lay down. Your lateral pockets could be tightened. However, you would do much better to go down in size that your tissue will support and lift.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, you appear to be demonstrating lateral drift of the breast implants.During breast augmentation, a pocket is created either over the pectoralis major muscle (retroglandular) or under the muscle (retromuscular). The tissues are mechanically spread apart, and the implant is inserted. A thin scar (capsule) develops around the implant. If the pocket proves too big, the implant may slide laterally when lying on your back. This may be due to the presence of weak connective tissue, the weight of an overly large implant or technical error.This can be corrected with a lateral capsulorraphy where the lateral capsular tissue is tightened to the chest wall, preventing recurrence. One should also consider a smaller implant.Revisit your plastic surgeon.Best wishes...
