Implants can accentuate the sagging, and their weight can make it worse. That’s probably why your surgeon recommended a lift. However, if you understand this and clearly explain your goals to your surgeon, they may not recommend the lift.

Based on your goal pic, a donut lift would be insufficient. You would most likely need a full lift, and an areola reduction could be performed at the same time.
