Hi I'm32, breastfed 2 babies, had an anchor lift with 275 implants in 2016. 6 months ago I swapped out for high prole 535cc implants. I am unhappy with the square and boxy shape and know I ultimately want a revision. Would you recommend mesh or an internal bra in my case? I wish I had rounder results and more upper pole, Is this attainable with a revision and removing some of my own tissue? I'm also interested in having my nipples reshaped smaller. Please give me your recommendations.
Answer: Implants Your heavy implants are not going to sit high but will sag as they stretch your tissue over time. I do not recommend removing more of your tissue, because it will be even more thin and more likely to sag. I would suggest going smaller.

Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good afternoon, You have a mild case of bottoming out, and the correct procedure is the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which corrects bottoming out and provides excellent long term support moving forward. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts! We can also reduce/resize your areolas at the same time!

Answer: Revision surgery Dear courtneymariem, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Boxy breasts I would wait on your revision. Your breasts may relax a bit and the mild boxy look will go away. i love mesh (Galaflex/Strattice) but may not help in your case
