I got a chin reduction in July 2021. Upset with the length of my chin and also the shape, I had it vertically shortened and shaved so it was a TAD more square, to give myself a rounder face, but this is a major mistake on my part. I am very depressed about the shape and the loss of $9000 for this procedure. I am left with a boxy appearance and a huge piece of bone that protrudes from my chin. The healing was excruciatingly depressing. I miss my round, feminine, V-like chin. Can this be fixed?
