I would like to lower my eyelid crease, and slightly lift the tails of the creases. Would the edited picture (#2) be a reasonable & possible outcome? What would be involved in order to achieve such a look? Would I need any fat grafting to be done? I have read some negative opinions on fat grafting, so I am unsure about it. Overall are there any high risks? Will it look unnatural when I blink or close my eyes? Will there be obvious scarring? Thanks ^^
