Best permanent treatment for hollow upper eyelids? Would structural grafting/fat transfer help? (photos)

Hi, last year I had a double osteotomy to correct an Anterior Open Bite. My jaw was moved forward and a consequence of this procedure was hollow upper eyelids. I look tired and older and I want something done to enhance my appearance. I considered upper blepharoplasty but I don’t think it will help. Would structural grafting/fat transfer fix hollow upper eyelids? Is there a permanent fix opposed to fillers.

What you have is upper eyelid ptosis (droop). Treatment is an upper eyelid ptosis procedure by a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon experienced in treating it.
