Possible reasons: poor fat types was injected in either very diluted solution; use of over hydrated fat; use of non fat products ie HA fillers. Best to obtain in person or virtual second opinions. My guess is you need round 2 surgical BBL c large amounts of non surgical injections of Sculptra/Radeisse. This is my "COMPOSITE BBL" option. Fees fro $15,000.

Unfortunately volume loss following a BBL is common. This is a result of the fat cells dying, which 3-4 months after your operation, can result in up to 60% volume loss.
