Does Aveli cause fibrosis or scar tissue on the muscle?

HI vctexas. Aveli actually treats cellulite on the subcutaneous, or fatty layer of the skin. This is the layer where fibrous bands pull at the upper layers of skin to create the dimpling. Aveli effectively cuts these bands, improving the appearence of cellulite. So in the hands of a skilled provider, the Aveli device won't go deep enough to reach the muscle layer, therefore won't create any scar tissue in there. Great question! Aveli procedure that corrects cellulite by dividing the ligaments that are holding the skin down. These are the skin indentation to lead into a much improved contour. The procedure itself is performed very superficially, immediately under the dermis (deeper layer of the skin). This is not anywhere near the muscles, I could show any scoring in the muscle at all.
