I’m so flat chested that pushup bras do nothing. My concern with breast augmentation is that my breasts/nipples are too far apart and I’d be left with a huge gap. I might have a mild case of scoliosis which exacerbates the uneven look. My left breast appears a bit more full in the center while the right one has no fullness in the center at all and sits more to the side. I’d like a small augmentation just for cleavage and a more symmetrical look.

Answer: Breast augmentation Hello from Istanbul, thanks for sharing this question. The spacing between your breasts may be wide right after surgery but I believe it will settle nicely and you should be able to have the cleavage you're looking for. The choice of an implant that fits your frame and aligns with your goals can be determined during an in-person examination. Proper placement of the implants will be crucial in achieving a more symmetrical look and the cleavage you desire. In short, I think you would be a good candidate for a breast augmentation. Best of luck to you!

Answer: BA candidate Dear Intelligent599001, with a good placement of breast pockets and the right implant choice, your breasts can be made more symmetrical and closer. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
