36 year old female, my face has become noticeably saggy and tired-looking, I’m unsure what procedure to get. I’ve always had chubby cheeks and was told that a buccal fat removal would be good to prevent jowls. I’ve also read that buccal fat removal can increase jowls and create an older-looking appearance. I’m not sure if I’m a good candidate for this. Other procedures I’m considering are facial threading, facial fat transfer, fraxel laser, broadband light, or Botox but I’m open to other suggestions. Ultimately I’d like to look as youthful as I can, reduce sagging, and reduce/prevent jowls.
