Hi Drs, For a very long time I have always been camera shy and hate photos due to the fact that I have absolutely no cheeks bones and a very chubby lower face, which creates no definition in my face at all, and one side seems fatter than the other, I am stuck in between buccal fat removal and masseter botox and what the best option would be long term , i want a skinner defined face

You do seem to have a bit of buccal fat fullness based on your side photos so that could be an option if you want to go down that track. Another option to get better neck/jawline contour for you would be to consider a deep neck lift.

It appears that what you are noticing is the natural attachments of muscles of mouth movement/smiling onto your mouth. Aka they are normal structures that should not be removed. This is why they will "go away" or minimize when you animate because they are associated with your muscle mvmt. Leave...
