Fat pockets under mouth - What can be done to remove these or lessen the appearance? (Photos)

I've had these “pouches” under my lips for as long as I can remember. They are more visible in certain lighting/angles and practically go away when I talk or smile. What are they? Is it buccal fat? I had braces and have a normal bite. So it’s not jaw related. What can be done to remove these or lessen the appearance?

You will definitely benefit from Buccal Fat Pad REmoval. Ypou will not look masculine, just more defined and yoru jaw will not be more pronouced. I would recommend considerable fat removal from the Buccal Fat pad in order to provide a noticeable difference.

I would not do buccal fat removal on you. In the last pic (the one of you not smiling), you can tell that you are already starting to hollow in the buccal region so to remove fat, you would only age your face and look more jowly as you would say.
