Fat pockets under mouth - What can be done to remove these or lessen the appearance? (Photos)

I've had these “pouches” under my lips for as long as I can remember. They are more visible in certain lighting/angles and practically go away when I talk or smile. What are they? Is it buccal fat? I had braces and have a normal bite. So it’s not jaw related. What can be done to remove these or lessen the appearance?

It appears that what you are noticing is the natural attachments of muscles of mouth movement/smiling onto your mouth. Aka they are normal structures that should not be removed. This is why they will "go away" or minimize when you animate because they are associated with your muscle mvmt. Leave it alone.
