I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago, started to feel a painful bump on my nose after 6 month after the surgery (when I touch it), it's located on the right side, where cartillage starts. (I marked it on CT photo). I also feel the clicking sound when I massage that spot up and down or lift the tip of my nose. What is it?
