I wanted to know if it is possible to unsuture my current nose cartilages that have been placed onto my septum, and have them released and repositioned in the regular cephalic way in which a nose naturally is positioned, but be held together by fascia acting as a form of interdomal ligament. I understand that I need extended spreader grafts to elongate my nose and reposition my tip downward like it was before, but can that be done to hold everything together. I want my nose to droop when I smile
