Is a closed rhinoplasty an option to achieve my desired results and remove hump? Concerned about scars. (photos)

As far as I can see from your photos. Open rhinoplasty will give better results than closed rhinoplasty and is more reliable. I recommend you open rhinoplasty.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!

I perform closed and open a Rhinoplasty and there are key indications for each. You can definitely have a closed rhinoplasty. But you need to find somebody who knows how to do it. Fewer and fewer surgeons these days are trained in closed rhinoplasty. It’s a pretty sad comment on the state of rhinoplasty
