Is a closed rhinoplasty an option to achieve my desired results and remove hump? Concerned about scars. (photos)

You can definitely have a closed rhinoplasty. But you need to find somebody who knows how to do it. Fewer and fewer surgeons these days are trained in closed rhinoplasty. It’s a pretty sad comment on the state of rhinoplasty
