What's wrong with my lips after lip fillers?

It looks like you had too much put into the vermillion border or lip line.  This has made the underside of the lip swollen and pale.  You will have to get this removed with an injection of enzyme.Some patients like to get some HA into the vermillion - but others don't.  It will accentuate the shape of the lip.  But you have too much there. 

At this point, you can still have swelling, which can last 1-2 weeks after injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Filler choice matters to, your begining filler should have been as mooth filler like silk or volbella for a more beautiufl outome.  See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The swelling can last up to two weeks, so I would give it a little more time to see if they go down. From the photos, it looks like your top lip may have been overfilled, especially on the vermilion border. I would give it more time and if you are still unhappy with your results, I would return to your injector to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.
