Should I wait to get a fat transfer after I get pregnant?

Yes.  Your body will change during and after pregnancy.  Some women gain excess “baby” weight.  If you get a fat transfer prior, you may not like the outcome with the additional weight if there is any. If you're not planning on a pregnancy, you can always get the transfer and do it again after.

Most fat transfers do remain unless there is weight loss. However, not all fat transferred survives in all women. Sometimes none of the fat transferred survives long term. If you want a more permanent change, breast implants might be better. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your options.
